1. Vista Australis (VOZ) is FREEWARE and may be freely installed on any of your PCs running FS2004. You can install as many copies of VOZ on as many machines as you like. Tell your friends about VOZ too! :)

2. VOZ may  be distributed by any* FS site that does NOT charge for access to their members. The zip file must not be altered in any way by the hosting site.

* The VOZ team expressly forbids the VOZ099.zip and VOZ110.zip files to be hosted by avsim.com, flightsim.com or simviation.com.  If you find or know of one of those sites that is hosting the VOZ distribution files, please report them to us and we will ensure they stop doing so.

3. VOZ may not be edited, altered, changed, copied or modified in any form whatsoever. The original authors retain all their copyright and explicitly do NOT give permission for any part of VOZ to be copied or used in whole or part of any other project or addon without the explicit written permission of the relevant authors. 

4. Where VOZ has bundled various author's works into the single VOZ distribution, the previous conditions of that single work now do not apply and comes under these conditions. If you want to use individual authors' works in your projects, please contact them directly.

5. Lastly, it is a condition of use that when you load VOZ you have a big grin on your face, and have FUN!
